During this week, we take time to go into deep peace. Disconnecting from the busy pace of everyday living, we will learn to honor our bodies and heal our nervous systems.

All meals are provided, as well as twice daily yoga classes and nurturing practices to help you soothe your soul. Self-soothing is a skill we can improve throughout our life's journey, and this intensive will give you new tools to help you with life's ups and downs.

You will leave feeling calm, hopeful, and with the grounded, yet uplifted finding everything you need within your own beautiful self.

Meet The Instructors

Michelle Fleming

Michelle is a Yoga Therapist, a Thai Bodyworker, a Nerve and Artery specialist and a Board Certified Structural Integrator in the lineage of Ida Rolf. It was through these complementary practices of wellness that she healed her body - and from there Orthopedic Yoga Therapy was born.

These days she trains teachers and students to find a fluid pattern of movement that protects and nourishes the joints while stretching the muscles and connective tissue and quieting the mind. She is the owner of Sanctuary Wellness Studios, Director of Orthopedic Yoga and Transformational Yoga Therapy and founder of Equilibrium, a non-profit dedicated to bringing breath, movement and nutrition education to young people with anxiety and mood disorders.

"My intention as a transformative guide is to serve as an energetic portal and space holder, radiating a frequency that awakens and anchors divine energy in others, guiding them to reconnect with their body’s innate wisdom and inner healing ability. With a gift for sensing and transmuting deep blocks, I create sacred spaces for healing, weaving together ancient practices like yoga, kundalini activation, meditation, and breathwork with modern techniques such as subconscious reprogramming and somatic healing. At the heart of my mission lies a deep reverence for nature, where meditation and connection with the natural world serve as vital pathways to return to our inherent state of harmony, balance, and wholeness, ultimately leading to trust in self. 

Once a finance professional and math teacher, I lived a stressed, repressed life, grappling with chronic pain, body dysmorphia, hormonal imbalances, health issues, and self-worth struggles. My journey to heal my own chronic pain and health challenges led me through profound darkness which I navigated through via plant medicines, shadow work, kundalini awakenings, and somatic practices. By slowing down, pausing to listen to my body, and orienting to the present moment, I discovered the restorative power of light , water , and magnetism. Meditation in nature became my sanctuary, realigning me with the Earth’s rhythms and guiding me back to my natural state of vitality and divine connection. These experiences inspired my intention to guide others toward their own healing and wholeness.

Through Soul Body Alchemy retreats and events, I help individuals expand their emotional capacity, release limiting beliefs, and align with their true essence. My approach emphasizes nervous system regulation by teaching people to pause, breathe, and trust their body’s innate signals, fostering self-trust and emotional resilience. Meditation and immersion in nature—whether through forest bathing, grounding in the Earth’s magnetic field, or water rituals —are integral to this process, helping individuals reconnect with their natural state of ease and flow. My intention is to guide you back to your soveirgn divine essence, where vitality, resilience, and inner peace flourish. By cultivating self-awareness, trust in your body’s wisdom, and a deep connection to nature, I empower you to navigate life’s waves with grace, creating a life of clarity, purpose, and limitless potential."
