If you're tired, healing from giving much of yourself to others, or habitually doing too much - this is the retreat for you. What you are feeling is normal, and we want to help you rest and recharge, offering strategies for continuous regeneration as you move through your life.
Enjoy peace and healing by the beautiful ocean of Nicaragua at our retreat center, and refill your cup so that you can be your best self for the ones you love.

Meet The Instructors

Heather Davidson

Heather Davidson MS is a clinical mental health counselor accruing hours toward LPC licensure in Pennsylvania. Since becoming trained in EMDR, she has witnessed its power to heal trauma and is pursuing certification. In her private practice she takes a narrative approach that pairs well with various evidence-based practices like Cognitive- and Dialectical- Behavioral Therapies, Motivational Interviewing, and Internal Family Systems. Heather believes that every body has lived a unique set of experiences that has shaped the person within - therefore healing must happen in both the brain and the body. She incorporates breathwork, somatic techniques, nervous system regulation, and mindfulness in her work with clients.

A retired high school teacher, Heather has always found magic in the group process. Her passion is facilitating groups. Part of how she takes care of herself is to engage in community; and to take vacations! This is how she came to know Michelle Fleming, through a mutual friend in her yoga community. Heather attended the Goddess Retreat in 2024, returned in 2025, and is looking forward to facilitating a 2026 retreat with Michelle created for caregivers.

Michelle is a Yoga Therapist, a Thai Bodyworker, a Nerve and Artery specialist and a Board Certified Structural Integrator in the lineage of Ida Rolf. It was through these complementary practices of wellness that she healed her body - and from there Orthopedic Yoga Therapy was born.

These days she trains teachers and students to find a fluid pattern of movement that protects and nourishes the joints while stretching the muscles and connective tissue and quieting the mind. She is the owner of Sanctuary Wellness Studios, Director of Orthopedic Yoga and Transformational Yoga Therapy and founder of Equilibrium, a non-profit dedicated to bringing breath, movement and nutrition education to young people with anxiety and mood disorders.

Day 1:

Dinner:
Chicken Tacos with home made corn tortillas, gallo pinto (spiced beans and rice), fresh guacamole fresh pico de gallo, cheddar cheese, jalapeño crema, and mixed greens.

Early morning cleansing snack:
Assorted fresh fruit, local coffee, fresh coconut milk

Breakfast:
Protein pancakes with passion fruit honey sauce (GF)
Scrambled eggs
Assorted fruit
Fresh pineapple juice

Lunch:
Spring rolls with peanut sauce (V) or chicken satay, cashew nut stir-fry (V), and coconut rice.
Cucumber mint cooler
Hibiscus tea

Dinner:
Filet Mignon / Cauliflower steak (V) with sweet plantains, mashed potatoes and Arugula Salad.

Day 3:

Vanilla cardamon chia pudding with fresh fruit and passion fruit purée
Grilled sourdough with smashed avocado

Crispy plantain chips with fresh guacamole and pico de gallo

Dinner:
Chicken Piccata/ Picatta Primavera (V) over pasta or rice

Day 4

Huevos Rancheros
Yogurt and fresh granola

Falafel with freshly baked pita bread, hummus, and tabouleh salad with craisins and almonds

Pesto chicken with or without mozzarella, with roasted vegetables, and arugula salad with dates and nuts

Day 5

Saturday: Arrival


We will have a shuttle waiting for you at the airport, please arrive by 2pm for group transport or let us know otherwise so we can book you a private taxi.
Arrive, check in to your room, hang by the pool and head to the beach for sunset.
6:30pm: Welcome dinner and overview of our time together.

Sunday: 

Water Blessings and Fire Ceremony: What are we getting rid of? What are we drawing in?

7:30 am: Yoga and Fascial Release: Happy Hips and Lower Back to get rid of any tension from your journey
9:30 am: Breakfast
10:30 am: “Why are we here, what do we want to get, what are we leaving behind?” Group discussion, meditation and manifestation
