Sometimes the issues are not where the pain is felt in the body. Sometimes they are structural and held in the muscles bones and fascia, sometimes they are energetic and held in the nervous system, sometimes they are adhesions or old scar tissue playing out in the organs, sometimes they are in our ancestral lineage, and the body always knows what it wants to heal first.
This work treats from the micro level of the blood vessel, nerves, organs, cranial systems, bones and connective tissue with a high level of specificity, to the macro level of how the parts of the body are aligned together and how freely they are moving. Anna and Michelle are trained in the lineages of Structural Integration and Osteopathy and also specialize in working with trauma, both physical and emotional, supporting it to exit the nervous system.
Our work starts by asking your body questions and listening deeply to the answers. Then a highly personalized treatment emerges that is unique to every individual.
This work can be supportive work for injury patterns, disc issues, incontinence, menstrual issues, nerve pain, car accidents, falls, IBS, GERD, scoliosis, concussions, pelvic imbalances, headaches, and chronic injuries to give some examples.
We are the therapists people go to when they have seen everyone else. We deeply support our clients self-discovery though deep yet gentle structural work, movement, spiritual and shamanic work.
Please be prepared by wearing a swimsuit, or underwear as we will be benefited by seeing how the body is stacked and in relationship to itself. Keep in mind these sessions will be more focused on solutions than a full body treatment. If you are ready to release the old, please get ready for true transformation!

Meet The Instructors
Anna brings 18 years of experience and extensive study to her therapeutic bodywork practice, including massage and Structural Integration. Her collaborative work is oriented to rebalancing and integrating the human body as a holistic structure to align with gravity and foster ease of movement. Structural Integration is in the lineage of Ida Rolf teaching and follows the belief that finding ease where there are restrictions will permit human growth potential. Anna will address your specific complaints within the context and educate you to empower you in systemic healing and in contextualizing your symptoms as a consequence of injury, habit and normal adaptation gone awry. Anna is constantly engaged in expanding her repertoire of skills and techniques for her own pleasure and your benefit, including personal skills, divination strategies and self-care techniques explained in ways that permit buy-in and exploration. Anna has deep respect for each of her clients and recognizes that they are the expert on themselves, seeking clues and insights that they can incorporate into their lives. She is truly a partner in wellness, ready to seek out those sources that clients don’t recognize, while respecting their ultimate authority on themselves.

Michelle Fleming
Michelle's treatments are highly personalized and uniquely adapted to you and your body. Using a hands-on approach based in manual osteopathic manipulation, neuro-vascular work and structural integration, Michelle works to heal everything from micro to macro, meaning from blood vessels, nerves, organs, cranial systems, bones and connective tissue to general body alignment and how freely your body is moving.
Specializing in treating both physical and emotional trauma by supporting it to exit the nervous system, her work can be transformative for people experiencing, among other things, disc issues, incontinence, IBS, menstrual issues, nerve pain, GERD, injury patterns, scoliosis, concussions, pelvic imbalances, headaches, chronic pain, and effects from falls or accidents.
Through a hands-on energetic process that inquires within the body's energy field, Michelle can identify where your pain or issue originates- and more importantly, where it’s being held in the body. In so doing, she can work deeply within your body’s systems to release the origin of the issue or injury, while at the same time supporting the nervous system and organs to eliminate both the root cause and the symptoms.
