Join Boston-based yoga/health/wellness expert, exercise psychologist, herbalist, and nutritionist Alli Barnes and internationally acclaimed Orthopedic Yoga Therapist and Board Certified Structural Integrator Michelle Fleming for 4 days and 4 nights of yoga, meditation, fascial release, neurological reset, functional nutrition, mindset reset, relaxation, sun and beach.

Inclusions:

• Twice daily yoga, meditation, and bodywork classes led by Michelle.
• Option to take up to two (2) health and wellness classes per person per full day with Alli.

• Welcome Reception, three group lunches, and three group dinners.
• Lodging in one of the eleven (11) spacious, luxurious guest rooms and suites prepared with clean lines, and understated peace and elegance - drift off each night to the sound of waves breaking on the beach.

Pricing & Payment 

Choose from three options:

1. King Occupancy Room with Private Bath - $2600
2. Queen Double Occupancy Room - $2200 per person
3. Queen & Twin Mixed Dorm Occupancy Room (4-6 people) - $1800

• A $1000 deposit is required at the time of reservation. A 50% refund can be requested until February 5, 2022.
• Full payment is due by February 5, 2022. There will be no refunds given at this time, please purchase travel insurance if desired.
