200-Hour Certification

Transformational Vinyasa, and Level 1 Orthopedic Yoga Therapy

This training teaches students how to teach Orthopedic Yoga Flow classes. The word “vinyasa” means to connect. A “ Vinyasa flow” class is one in which the poses are connected and move rhythmically from one to the next. This enables the joints to be bathed in synovial fluid, the internal, healing lubricant of the body. In this course, all levels of flow are taught so students will be able to teach in every situation, to all students. Students leave fully prepared to teach all levels of classes ranging from power style, sweaty and exhilarating classes, to gentle, slow therapeutic flows. The best part is, all students will graduate knowing how to support and protect their students, even those working with constraints or injuries. You will never have to say “If this pose doesn’t work for you, feel free to come into Child’s Pose.”; because you will have the knowledge to modify those postures for those students to make it safe for them.

Kí  (Jodi Rehm)

Kí has been a practitioner of functional therapy for over 10 years. And a therapeutic and holistic bodywork therapist for 20.  Her journey into these realms started at the early age of 5 and started to sense through her hands by the age of 8. Working on family and friends for much of her youth.   Kí’s personal journey of transformation took a shift in 2001 and with great joy she has been assisting others in their journeys since 2003. She assists in the healing process through continued education and through expanding on a physical, spiritual, and intellectual level as well as utilizing her ability to sense one’s pain through vibrational awareness and palpation of one's tissue. Jodi (Kí) is an intuitive psychic with access to Akashic Records.  Her gifts range from clairvoyant, clairaudient, empathic, retrocognitor and a remote viewer  to which she integrates these skills in her practices.

For the first eight years of her yoga practice she was instructed into poses, rarely ever guided based on proper form.  After years of going through corrective therapies like Rolfing, Pilates, and various holistic modalities, Kí found her way to the Sanctuary in Plymouth, where she met and started YTT trainings with Michelle. With years of hands-on education and trainings, her style of wellness and structural therapy went hand and hand with Transformational Yoga. It is through her education and personal journey of transformation that she has transcended from so many functional, movement limitations. Kí wishes to educate others and free them from their limitations in their mind, body, and spirit.

Kí has been an instructor of yoga since 2011 and her work has developed into a corrective movement therapy, called “The Body Code Method “. This work was developed through years of hands on manual therapy, breath facilitation training, and her in depth study of the human body as well as the deep comprehension of the psychological conditioning woven into ones connective tissue. She has dedicated her life to healing of self and others. Decoding how the spirit lives within the body and how when claiming or shall I say reclaiming of your physical body we claim our connection to source. She brings a level of playfulness and compassion that allows her students to trust, surrender and step, into their personal freedoms, healing and joy.
