A line online deep dive into understanding what the bandahs are and how to use them in yoga and everyday life to help create structural and energetic balance.

A bonus recoded asana class with Michelle giving detailed instruction of how to practice these concepts is included with  attendance.

Orthopedic Yoga Therapy for The Spine: Fascial Release and Flow. 

Utilizing precise fascial release techniques to open tight tissue and adhesions, combined with therapeutic flow and corrective exercises to strengthen weak areas, and neurological hacks to rewire the brain, this workshop is designed to relieve pain and tension and to give students an easy practice to restore optimal structural balance.

1:15-4:15 Learn To Rebalance Your Body: Understanding structural balance and posture, an interactive (and fun) exploration of anatomy and movement 

5:30-8 Practice for Orthopedic Yoga Therapy teachers and students: learning to apply these concepts to vinyasa classes This section is open to all students enrolled in the Orthopedic Yoga Therapy program or who have taken the 200 hour course previously and are looking to refine their skills. (Please reach out to Michelle to ask if you qualify for admittance)

Students will leave with a new ability to serve themselves and their clients in powerful, highly effective and very gentle ways.  

All participants will have access to the recordings of these classes as well (with the exception of the 5:30-8 pm practice session) for continued learning.

Friday only: $65 (includes recordings of lecture and bonus asana class)

Saturday Asana Workshop Only: $65 (includes recording)

Michelle is a Certified Orthopedic Yoga Therapist, a Thai Bodyworker, a Nerve and Artery specialist and a Board Certified Structural Integrator in the lineage of Ida Rolf. It was through these complementary practices of wellness that she healed her body - and from there Orthopedic Yoga Therapy was born.

These days she trains teachers and students to find a fluid pattern of movement that protects and nourishes the joints while stretching the muscles and connective tissue and quieting the mind. She is the Director of Orthopedic Yoga Therapy and Transformational Teacher Trainings and founder of Evolution Trainings, a collaborative dedicated to bringing true holistic healing and educational services to all.
